What it means
The check looks in the agreement part of the invoice header for a reference to purchase conditions (ram:PurchaseConditionsReferencedDocument), meaning the general terms and conditions the purchase is made under. EN 16931 has no field for them.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the invoice is still accepted. A recipient that follows the standard does not read the reference, so it adds nothing to the invoice. It is worth fixing if you want the conditions to be visible to the buyer, because they will not be seen here.
How to fix it
Remove the purchase conditions reference from the invoice in your invoicing software, or from the export settings that send it. In the XML, delete the ram:PurchaseConditionsReferencedDocument block. If the buyer expects the conditions to be mentioned, put them in the invoice note or attach the document as a supporting document.
