What it means
In a CII file, the seller's contact (BG-6) is the DefinedTradeContact block. This rule warns when that block holds a SpecifiedNote, a free-text note attached to the contact. The standard has no field for a note on the contact.
Why it matters
The invoice is still accepted. The buyer's software has nowhere to put a contact note and will normally ignore it, so whatever it says is not seen.
How to fix it
Find the note on the seller's contact in your invoicing software and stop it being exported. If the buyer needs to read it, put the text in the invoice note, which EN 16931 does carry. In hand-edited XML, delete the SpecifiedNote element inside the seller's DefinedTradeContact.
