What it means
In a CII file, the seller's contact (BG-6) is the DefinedTradeContact block, with one contact name (BT-41), phone number (BT-42) and email address (BT-43). This rule warns when the block also contains a SpecifiedContactPerson element.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the invoice is still accepted. The standard only has one contact point for the seller, so the buyer's software will normally ignore the nested person.
How to fix it
Decide who the buyer should contact and make that name the seller's contact name in your invoicing software. Stop the nested person from being exported. In hand-edited XML, delete the SpecifiedContactPerson element inside the seller's DefinedTradeContact.
