What it means
The delivery details of an invoice line (SpecifiedLineTradeDelivery in the XML) should not contain a ReceivingAdviceReferencedDocument. That element refers to the receiving advice, the buyer's confirmation that the goods arrived. EN 16931 has a receiving advice reference (BT-15), but only once for the whole invoice.
Why it matters
The invoice is not rejected, because this is only a warning. Receiving software reads the receiving advice reference from the invoice level, so one placed on a line is usually not used. It is worth fixing if the buyer matches invoices to receiving advices, or if your recipient wants a file without warnings.
How to fix it
If one receiving advice covers the delivery, fill in the receiving advice reference once for the whole invoice and clear it from the lines. If several receiving advices apply, the invoice level has room for only one, so mention the others in a note on the invoice. If you build the XML yourself, delete the ReceivingAdviceReferencedDocument block from the line's SpecifiedLineTradeDelivery.
