What it means
The delivery details of an invoice line (SpecifiedLineTradeDelivery in the XML) should not contain a DeliveryNoteReferencedDocument. That element refers to the delivery note that came with the goods. EN 16931 has no delivery note field on a line.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so nothing is rejected. Software that reads only the EN 16931 fields does not look for a delivery note reference on a line, so it is usually dropped and the buyer cannot use it to match the delivery. It is worth fixing if the buyer needs that number, or if your recipient wants a file without warnings.
How to fix it
Clear the delivery note number from the lines in your invoicing software, or switch the export to the EN 16931 profile instead of an extended one. If the buyer needs it, write the number in a note on the invoice or on the line (BT-127), or attach the delivery note to the invoice as an attachment (BG-24). If you build the XML yourself, delete the DeliveryNoteReferencedDocument block from the line's SpecifiedLineTradeDelivery.
