What it means
The rule checks the delivery block of each invoice line. It must not contain a TheoreticalWeightMeasure, a calculated or expected weight rather than a measured one. EN 16931 has no weight field.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the invoice goes through. The recipient's software has no field for it and is likely to ignore it. A weight that is only theoretical is of little use to a buyer who checks the delivery.
How to fix it
Turn off weight fields in the export settings of your invoicing software. If the buyer asked for the weight, give it as an item attribute (BG-32) with a clear name and value, saying that it is an estimate. Otherwise leave it out.
