What it means
The rule checks the net price block of each invoice line (NetPriceProductTradePrice, which holds the unit price BT-146). That block must not contain an AssociatedReferencedDocument, a reference to a separate document tied to the price.
Why it matters
The file is not rejected, because this is only a warning. The standard defines no place for a document reference on a price, so the recipient's software is likely to skip it. Anything the buyer needs to know from it may never reach them.
How to fix it
Turn off the option in your invoicing software that sends document references with the line price. If the buyer needs to know which contract or order the price comes from, put it in the contract reference (BT-12) or the purchase order number (BT-13) for the whole invoice. A short mention in the line note (BT-127) also works.
