What it means
On each line, the unit price after discount (BT-146) sits in the NetPriceProductTradePrice block. This rule checks that the block holds no ChangeReason, a text that explains why the price was changed.
Why it matters
EN 16931 has no field for the reason a price changed, so receiving software may not read the text. The file is still accepted, because this is a warning. It is worth fixing for a clean file, or when the buyer needs the explanation and might miss it.
How to fix it
Delete the ChangeReason element from NetPriceProductTradePrice in each affected line. If the buyer should still read the explanation, move the wording into a note on the line (BT-127). If your software adds the element on its own, check its export settings for an EN 16931, XRechnung or Peppol BIS option, or ask the supplier to stop writing it.
