What it means
On each line, the unit price after discount (BT-146) sits in the NetPriceProductTradePrice block. This rule checks that the block holds no DeliveryTradeLocation, an element that ties the price to a place.
Why it matters
EN 16931 gives delivery information once for the whole invoice (BG-13), not per price, so a location on the price has no field to land in and may be ignored. The file is still accepted, because this is a warning. It is worth fixing for a clean file, or when the place matters to the buyer.
How to fix it
Remove the DeliveryTradeLocation element from NetPriceProductTradePrice in each affected line. Keep the unit price (ChargeAmount). If the delivery place should appear on the invoice, enter it in the delivery information of the invoice instead. If your software keeps adding the element, look for an EN 16931, XRechnung or Peppol BIS export option.
