What it means
On each line, the unit price after discount (BT-146) sits in the NetPriceProductTradePrice block. This rule checks that the block holds no AppliedTradeAllowanceCharge at all, whether a discount or a charge.
Why it matters
EN 16931 already treats this price as the final one, so a discount or charge inside it is not read and its effect on the line total is unclear. The file is still accepted, because this is a warning. It is worth fixing for a clean file, and worth checking if the amount was meant to change the line total.
How to fix it
Open NetPriceProductTradePrice in the line and look at the AppliedTradeAllowanceCharge inside it. If the unit price after discount already includes its effect, delete the block. If not, give the discount as the price discount under the unit price before discount (BT-147) or as a discount on the line (BG-27), and check the line total still adds up.
