What it means
On each line, the unit price after discount (BT-146) sits in the NetPriceProductTradePrice block. This rule checks that the block holds no OrderUnitConversionFactorNumeric, a number for converting between the unit the item was ordered in and the unit it is priced in.
Why it matters
An EN 16931 invoice states quantity and unit price directly, so the receiving system does not apply a conversion factor and may ignore it. The file is still accepted, because this is a warning. It is worth fixing for a clean file, and worth checking if quantity and price are in different units.
How to fix it
Delete the OrderUnitConversionFactorNumeric element from NetPriceProductTradePrice in each affected line. If the item is ordered in one unit and priced in another, state the quantity and the unit price in the unit you invoice in. If your software writes the element, look for an EN 16931, XRechnung or Peppol BIS export setting.
