What it means
An invoice line (BG-25) contains an AdditionalReferencedDocument in its trade agreement block (SpecifiedLineTradeAgreement). EN 16931 does allow one document reference on a line, the invoiced object identifier (BT-128), but it sits in the line's settlement block (SpecifiedLineTradeSettlement), not in the trade agreement block.
Why it matters
A reference in the trade agreement block is not read by the recipient. This is a warning and the invoice is still accepted. It is worth fixing if the reference is an object or item identifier the buyer should see, because it only counts when it is in the right place.
How to fix it
Check what the reference is. If it is an object identifier you want the buyer to see, move it to the line's object identifier field, which is usually a line-level object or project reference in your invoicing software. If it is a supporting document, attach it to the whole invoice as an attachment. Otherwise remove it.
