What it means
The gross price block of an invoice line (GrossPriceProductTradePrice, inside SpecifiedLineTradeAgreement) contains a MaximumQuantity, the largest quantity for which the price applies. The invoice standard has only the price and the invoiced quantity (BT-129).
Why it matters
A quantity limit on a price is not part of the invoice standard, so recipients ignore it. This is a warning and the invoice is still accepted. It is worth fixing if the limit matters to how the buyer reads the price, because it will not reach them as structured data.
How to fix it
Remove the maximum quantity from the price of every line. Check that the unit price is correct for the quantity you invoiced, and split the line in two if part of the quantity was sold at a different price. If the buyer needs to know about the limit, put it in a line note.
