What it means
The gross price block of an invoice line (GrossPriceProductTradePrice, inside SpecifiedLineTradeAgreement) contains a MinimumQuantity, the smallest quantity for which the price applies. The invoice standard has only the price and the invoiced quantity (BT-129).
Why it matters
Price tiers and quantity bands are not part of the invoice standard, so recipients ignore them. This is a warning and the invoice is still accepted. It is worth fixing if the buyer wants to check the price tier, because the unit price on the line must then already be the price for the quantity invoiced.
How to fix it
Remove the minimum quantity from the price of every line. Make sure the unit price on the line is the price that applies to the quantity you invoiced. If you want the buyer to see the price tier, add it to the item description or a line note.
