What it means
An invoice line (BG-25) contains a ContractReferencedDocument in its trade agreement block (SpecifiedLineTradeAgreement). The contract reference (BT-12) is given once on the invoice, not on each line.
Why it matters
The recipient reads the contract reference from the invoice level only, so the one on the line is ignored. This is a warning and the invoice is still accepted. It is worth fixing if the buyer needs the contract number to approve or book the invoice, because it must then be at invoice level.
How to fix it
Enter the contract number in the contract reference field of the invoice header and clear it on each line. If your lines fall under different contracts, only one reference fits at invoice level. In that case, consider separate invoices or mention the other contracts in an invoice note.
