What it means
An invoice line (BG-25) contains a PromotionalDealReferencedDocument in its trade agreement block (SpecifiedLineTradeAgreement). This is a reference to a promotion or special offer the line was sold under.
Why it matters
The invoice standard has no field for a promotion reference, so recipients ignore it. This is a warning and the invoice is still accepted. It is worth fixing if the promotion changes what the buyer owes, because only the prices and discounts on the invoice count.
How to fix it
Remove the reference from each line. If the promotion lowers the price, show that as a discount on the line, with a short reason in words. If the buyer needs the name of the promotion, add it to the line note or the item description.
