What it means
In a CII file, a supporting document (type code 916) can carry one embedded attachment, the attached document (BT-125, the ram:AttachmentBinaryObject element). The check counts the attachments on each such document and finds more than one.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the file is still accepted. The invoice data has room for only one attachment per supporting document, so a recipient's software may open the first and ignore the rest. Supporting files could then go missing without anyone noticing, so it is worth fixing.
How to fix it
Check how many files you added to each supporting document in your invoicing software. Give each file its own supporting document entry, with its own description. If an extra file is a duplicate, remove it.
The rule as published
BT-125 "Attached document" (ram:AttachmentBinaryObject) darf innerhalb von "Additional Supporting documents" (BG-24) höchstens einmal vorkommen. Business terms: BG-24, BT-125
