What it means
The invoice total with VAT (BT-112) is written with more than two digits after the decimal point. Digits are counted as written in the file, so 595.760 fails even though it equals 595.76. It applies to invoices and credit notes in the Romanian CIUS-RO format.
Why it matters
The total with VAT is the main figure of the invoice, and the amount due is worked out from it. The Romanian CIUS-RO rules refuse more than two decimals as a fatal error, so the file is rejected.
How to fix it
Recalculate it as the total without VAT (BT-109) plus the total VAT (BT-110), to the cent. If either of those has more than two decimals, correct them first (BR-DEC-RO-12 and BR-DEC-RO-13). In the XML it is the TaxInclusiveAmount inside LegalMonetaryTotal.
The rule as published
