What it means
Every invoice must contain at least one invoice line (BG-25). A line describes something you supplied: a product or service, the quantity, the price and the VAT category.
Why it matters
An e-invoice without lines has nothing to book or to check the totals against. The recipient's system rejects it, even when the totals themselves are filled in.
How to fix it
Add at least one line to the invoice in your invoicing software and export again. If you only want to invoice a single amount, add one line that describes the service, with quantity 1 and the amount as the price. A file with only totals, for example from a summary template, is not a valid e-invoice.
The rule as published
