BR-26: Item net price is required

In short

BR-26 means the item net price (BT-146) is missing. Enter a unit price on every line in your invoicing software and export again.

On this page

What it means

Every invoice line (BG-25) must contain the item net price (BT-146). It is the price of one unit without VAT, after any price discount.

Why it matters

The buyer's software books and checks every line on its own, often against the purchase order. A line without this detail cannot be matched or posted, so the whole invoice is rejected.

How to fix it

Enter a unit price on every line in your invoicing software and export again. If you build the XML yourself, add cac:Price/cbc:PriceAmount (UBL) or ram:NetPriceProductTradePrice/ram:ChargeAmount (CII); a free item has price 0, not an empty price.

The rule as published

Each Invoice line (BG-25) shall contain the Item net price (BT-146).
