Understanding UBL Order and OrderResponse

UBL Order and OrderResponse are UBL 2.1 XML ordering documents used in Peppol BIS Ordering 3. Read about identifiers, response codes and invoicing.

On this page

UBL Order and OrderResponse are the XML documents for electronic ordering in UBL 2.1. A buyer sends an Order with parties, delivery and lines; the seller answers with an OrderResponse that accepts, rejects or accepts with changes. Peppol BIS Ordering 3 defines how they are used on the Peppol network, alongside invoices in Peppol BIS Billing. Klarbon support is planned, not available yet.
