Understanding North Macedonian e-Faktura

North Macedonia's e-Faktura uses signed JSON invoices verified by the Public Revenue Office. Read about the unique eID and the 2026 test phases.

On this page

e-Faktura is North Macedonia's e-invoicing system, run by the Public Revenue Office (UJP). An e-invoice is a structured JSON document, signed with a qualified digital certificate, sent through the UJP's API, verified there and given a unique eID. It covers sales to businesses, public bodies and consumers. The UJP has run test phases through 2026. Klarbon support is planned, not available yet.
