What it means
Checks that the payee block (cac:PayeeParty) does not contain cbc:MarkCareIndicator, a yes or no flag that UBL offers to mark a party as 'care of'. The payee (BG-10) is the party that receives the payment when that is not the seller. EN 16931 only has its name (BT-59), identifier (BT-60) and legal registration identifier (BT-61).
Why it matters
The standard has no business term for this flag, so the recipient's software has no field for it and normally ignores it. Because this is a warning, the file is still accepted. It is worth removing when you want a clean report or a recipient asks for one.
How to fix it
Your invoicing software should not normally write this flag. If it does, look for a 'care of' option on the payee or the bank details, clear it and export again. If you build the XML yourself, remove cbc:MarkCareIndicator from cac:PayeeParty. If the payee is the same as the seller, you can leave out the payee block altogether.
