What it means
The totals section (SpecifiedTradeSettlementHeaderMonetarySummation) can hold a total deposit fee in the element TotalDepositFeeInformationAmount, for example a deposit on returnable packaging, given for information only. EN 16931 has no business term for it. The check allows it at most once.
Why it matters
With two values the recipient cannot tell which deposit total is meant, and a repeated figure may confuse whoever reads the invoice. This is a fatal error and the invoice is rejected.
How to fix it
Check whether a deposit total really belongs on this invoice. If it does, keep one value that equals the deposits charged; if not, remove the element. Because a repeat usually comes from the software that exported the file, export the invoice again, or ask the supplier to fix the export if it keeps happening.
