What it means
The buyer's tax registration, which holds the buyer's VAT number (BT-48), also contains an AssociatedRegisteredTax element. EN 16931 only uses the number itself, with the scheme VA that marks it as a VAT number.
Why it matters
This is only a warning, so the file is still accepted. VAT rates and amounts belong in the VAT breakdown, not in the buyer's registration, so the extra block has no field in EN 16931 and the buyer's software will probably ignore it.
How to fix it
Open the customer record in your invoicing software and check the VAT number field. It should hold only the number, with the country prefix, and any extra tax details attached to it should not be exported. If you build the XML yourself, delete AssociatedRegisteredTax and keep the ID with schemeID VA.
