What it means
In the buyer contact's telephone entry, the URIID element must be absent. The telephone number (BT-57) belongs in the CompleteNumber element. URIID is used for the email address (BT-58), in its own email entry. The same restriction applies in the CII rules for XRechnung, NLCIUS and the French CTC rules.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the file is still accepted. The recipient's software reads the phone number from CompleteNumber, so a value placed in URIID is ignored. If the phone number is only in URIID, the buyer will not see it.
How to fix it
Check that the contact's phone number is filled in on the customer record in the phone field, not in a website or link field. Then switch off any option that writes a link into the telephone entry. If you edit the XML yourself, move the number into CompleteNumber and delete URIID inside TelephoneUniversalCommunication.
