What it means
The buyer's contact (BG-9) must not have a MobileTelephoneUniversalCommunication element, a separate entry for a mobile number. The standard has one telephone number (BT-57), kept in TelephoneUniversalCommunication. The same restriction applies in the CII rules for XRechnung, NLCIUS and the French CTC rules.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the file is still accepted. The recipient's software reads only the standard telephone entry, so a mobile number that sits only in this element is ignored. Fix it if the mobile number is the best way to reach the contact.
How to fix it
On the contact person, choose the one number the buyer should use and enter it in the main phone field. Clear the separate mobile field, or switch off the export option that writes it. If you edit the XML yourself, move the number into the CompleteNumber of TelephoneUniversalCommunication and delete the mobile telephone element.
