What it means
The buyer's contact (BG-9) must not have a JobTitle element. The standard carries only a contact point (BT-56), a telephone number (BT-57) and an email address (BT-58), not the position of the person. The same restriction applies in the CII rules for XRechnung, NLCIUS and the French CTC rules.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the file is still accepted. The recipient's software does not read the job title, so it is dropped on the way in. A job title does not help the buyer pay or book the invoice. Fix it if you want a file with no warnings.
How to fix it
Open the contact person on the customer record and clear the job title or position field, or switch off the export option that sends it. Keep the name and the phone or email, which are still read. If you edit the XML yourself, delete JobTitle inside the buyer's DefinedTradeContact.
