What it means
Inside the buyer's legal organisation block, the Name element must be absent. The buyer's name (BT-44) belongs directly under the buyer. A trading name (BT-45) has its own element, TradingBusinessName, and the company registration number (BT-47) is the ID element in the same block. The same restriction applies in the CII rules for XRechnung, NLCIUS and the French CTC rules.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the file is still accepted. If the second name differs from the main buyer name, the recipient's software reads only the main one, so the extra name is lost. Fix it if the second name is meant to be the trading name, or if you want a file with no warnings.
How to fix it
First check that the buyer's name is filled in on the customer record. Then clear any separate legal name or registered name field that your software writes out as a second name. If that name is really a trading name, enter it in the trading name field instead. If you edit the XML yourself, delete Name inside the buyer's SpecifiedLegalOrganization.
