What it means
The buyer must not have a Description element. The standard identifies the buyer by name (BT-44), trading name (BT-45), identifier and company registration number (BT-47), and has no field for a free description. The same restriction applies in the CII rules for XRechnung, NLCIUS and the French CTC rules.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the file is still accepted. The recipient's software does not read the element, so the text never reaches the person who handles the invoice. Fix it if the text matters to the buyer, or if you want a file with no warnings.
How to fix it
Check the customer record for a notes or description field that your software copies into the e-invoice, and clear it there. If the buyer needs to read the text, put it in the invoice note (BT-22) or on the PDF layout. If you edit the XML yourself, delete the Description element inside the buyer.
