What it means
In a CII file, the seller's contact (BG-6) can carry one phone number (BT-42) and one email address (BT-43). This rule warns when the contact also has a VOIPUniversalCommunication element.
Why it matters
The invoice is still accepted. EN 16931 has no field for an internet phone address, so the buyer's software will normally ignore it.
How to fix it
Clear the VoIP or softphone entry on the seller's contact in your invoicing software, or stop it being exported. If the buyer should call that number, enter it as the contact's normal telephone number instead. In hand-edited XML, delete the VOIPUniversalCommunication element.
