What it means
Each postal address in the invoice is a PostalTradeAddress block. The rule checks that the block has no AdditionalStreetName element, which would hold a second street line such as a floor, unit or side street. EN 16931 gives an address up to three plain address lines instead.
Why it matters
The standard defines address lines and not a separate extra street element. The element has no agreed meaning for the recipient's software, so the file fails the check and the invoice is rejected.
How to fix it
Put the extra street text in the second address line, so that the first line keeps the street and house number. In your invoicing software, look for a second street or address field and check that it is exported as an address line. If the file is generated, ask your software supplier to stop writing an AdditionalStreetName element. In the XML, move the text into LineTwo and delete the AdditionalStreetName line.
