BR-RO-A052: An invoice can have at most 50 item attributes

In short

Fatal: fails the selected checks.

BR-RO-A052 means the invoice has more than 50 item attributes (BG-32), which is the most the Romanian rules allow. Fix it by removing attributes the buyer does not need, or by moving that detail into the item description.

On this page

What it means

The invoice may contain no more than 50 item attributes (BG-32). An item attribute is a name and value pair that describes a product on a line, such as colour: red or size: 42. The published test looks at each attribute one at a time, so it does not add them up the way the description does. The limit the rule describes is still 50 for the invoice, so stay at or under it.

Why it matters

The Romanian national rules for e-Factura cap the number of item attributes. An invoice that goes over the limit is rejected.

How to fix it

Look at the product details on your invoice lines, which invoicing software often calls attributes, properties or specifications. Count them across all lines and remove the ones the buyer does not need to book or pay the invoice. Where the detail matters, write it into the item description or attach it as a supporting document instead.

The rule as published

O factura trebuie sa contina maximum 50 de aparitii ale grupului Atributele articolului (BG-32). #The allowed maximum number of occurences of Item attributes (BG-32) is 50.

Business terms: BG-32
