What it means
An item attribute (BG-32), a descriptive detail about a product such as its colour or size, must carry at least one of two things: an attribute name (BT-160) or an attribute code (EXT-FR-FE-159, a field added by the French format). The attribute in your file has neither. In CII files the same check looks for a description (BT-160) or a type code (EXT-FR-FE-159) on the product characteristic.
Why it matters
A value with no name or code does not say what it describes. The French platform rejects the invoice rather than pass on an attribute nobody can interpret.
How to fix it
Find the product or invoice line that carries the attribute and add its name, for example Colour, or its code. One of the two is enough. If the attribute is not needed, delete it.
The rule as published
Where France CTC (CII) run it, the rule reads:
Business terms: BG-32, BT-160
