What it means
The buyer's address must have a first address line (BT-50), normally the street and number. A line that is empty or holds only spaces counts as missing. In the XML it is cbc:StreetName in the buyer's postal address.
Why it matters
Romania's e-invoicing rules (CIUS-RO) want a usable address for the buyer, so the invoice can be matched to the right customer. Without the first line the file fails the check and is rejected.
How to fix it
Open the customer's record in your invoicing software and enter the street and number. If you do not have the address, ask the buyer for it. If the address has no street, put whatever identifies it, such as the locality and house number, in that first line, because it only has to be filled in.
The rule as published
Adresa Cumparatorului - Linia 1 (BT-50) trebuie furnizata. #Buyer address line 1(BT-50) must be provided. Business terms: BT-50
