What it means
When both the seller and the buyer are Icelandic, the buyer's address must contain a street name (address line 1, BT-50) and a post code (BT-53). EN 16931 makes both optional; the Icelandic rules do not.
Why it matters
The Icelandic rules for Peppol require a full postal address for the buyer on a domestic invoice. An invoice without the street or the post code fails the check and is rejected.
How to fix it
Open the customer's record in your invoicing software, go to the address and fill in the street with the house number and the post code. In the XML these are cbc:StreetName and cbc:PostalZone in cac:PostalAddress of the cac:Party under cac:AccountingCustomerParty.
