Create a ZUGFeRD invoice
Create a single ZUGFeRD invoice from a form: a readable PDF with the CII XML inside, validated before download. One credit per invoice.
In short
Fill in one form and get an e-invoice checked against the selected rules, for the few you send a year. Free preview, then 1 credit (€4.99).
Klarbon creates a single ZUGFeRD invoice from a form: enter your details, your customer's, the lines and the payment terms, and download a PDF/A-3 invoice with the CII XML embedded, validated before you pay. Your customer can read the PDF, and software that supports the profile can read the embedded data. It suits occasional invoices to German businesses. One credit per invoice.
How do I create a ZUGFeRD invoice?
- Enter the seller: name, address, VAT number and contact.
- Enter the buyer and any reference they gave you, such as an order number.
- Add the lines: description, quantity, unit, price and VAT rate. Klarbon calculates the totals.
- Add the payment details: IBAN, due date and payment reference.
- Validate and download. Klarbon draws the readable page, embeds the XML in a PDF/A-3 file and checks it against EN 16931 and the ZUGFeRD profile. One credit unlocks the download.
Which profile does it use?
EN 16931, the profile that carries a complete invoice with lines. In Germany, ZUGFeRD from version 2.0.1 counts as an e-invoice, except the MINIMUM and BASIC WL profiles (BMF FAQ). ZUGFeRD is published by FeRD (FeRD). More in what is ZUGFeRD.
ZUGFeRD or XRechnung?
ZUGFeRD when your customer asks for a readable PDF with the data inside. XRechnung when their portal specifically requests it or the customer asks for XML. See XRechnung or ZUGFeRD.
What does Klarbon not do?
It keeps no customer list, numbering or archive, and does not send the invoice. You choose the invoice number, send the PDF by email or through your customer's portal, and keep the file as your tax rules require. Klarbon does not give tax advice.
What happens to the data I enter?
It is processed on Klarbon's servers to write and validate the file, then deleted. See what happens to my files.
What does it cost?
One credit per invoice: EUR 4.99 including VAT, ten for EUR 29, fifty for EUR 99. The form and the validated preview are free. See prices.
