What it means
When both the invoice and a line give a period, the line's start date (BT-134) must fall within the invoicing period (on or after BT-73). A line cannot cover days outside the period the whole invoice covers.
Why it matters
Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 adds this rule to EN 16931 so that every access point and receiver can process the invoice the same way. The sending or receiving access point rejects an invoice that fails it, so it never reaches the buyer.
How to fix it
Widen the invoicing period so it covers every line, or correct the line's dates. If the lines cover different periods, you can leave the invoicing period out and give periods on the lines only.
