What it means
The block of invoice totals (SpecifiedTradeSettlementHeaderMonetarySummation) must not contain TotalRetailValueInformationAmount, an information-only figure for the total retail value. EN 16931 has no field for it.
Why it matters
This rule is a warning, so the file is still accepted. Retail value is not one of the totals EN 16931 defines, so the recipient's software is not expected to read it. It is worth fixing when the recipient or platform wants a file with no extra elements.
How to fix it
Delete TotalRetailValueInformationAmount from the totals block. If it comes from an export profile that is fuller than the standard, switch to the EN 16931 profile in the e-invoice export settings. Otherwise ask the software supplier to stop writing it.
