What it means
The buyer's electronic address (BT-49) is written with an extra CompleteNumber element beside the address. EN 16931 only uses the address itself and its scheme identifier there. A telephone number for the buyer contact (BT-57) has its own element.
Why it matters
This is only a warning, so the file is still accepted. A number in the address element means nothing to software that follows EN 16931, so it will probably be dropped. If it was meant as a phone number, the buyer will not see it.
How to fix it
Check the buyer's electronic address field on the customer record in your invoicing software and make sure it holds only the address, with no phone number added. Put the phone number in the buyer contact's telephone field. If you build the XML yourself, delete CompleteNumber from the buyer's URIUniversalCommunication.
