What it means
In a CII file, the seller's contact email address (BT-43) belongs in the URIID element of EmailURIUniversalCommunication. This rule warns when that block also has a CompleteNumber element, which is meant for telephone numbers (BT-42).
Why it matters
The invoice is still accepted. EN 16931 only reads the email address from this block, so the buyer's software will normally ignore the CompleteNumber. If it holds the real email address or a phone number, the buyer does not get it.
How to fix it
Check what the CompleteNumber holds. If it is the email address, move it into URIID in the same block. If it is a phone number, move it into the contact's telephone block. Then delete the CompleteNumber from the email block.
