What it means
In a CII file, the seller's contact (BG-6) has fields for a name (BT-41), a phone number (BT-42) and an email address (BT-43). This rule warns when it also has a FaxUniversalCommunication element.
Why it matters
The invoice is still accepted. There is no fax field in the standard, so the buyer's software will normally ignore the number. A fax number is rarely what a buyer needs to settle an invoice.
How to fix it
Clear the fax number on the seller's contact in your invoicing software, or switch off exporting it. In hand-edited XML, delete the FaxUniversalCommunication element inside the seller's DefinedTradeContact. It is worth doing when you want a clean check result.
