What it means
The settlement details of an invoice line (SpecifiedLineTradeSettlement in the XML) should not contain a DiscountIndicator, a yes or no flag about discounts on the line. In EN 16931 a discount on a line is a line discount (BG-27) with its own amount and reason, and the line has no separate flag.
Why it matters
The invoice is not rejected, because this is only a warning. Software that follows EN 16931 does not read the flag, so it is usually ignored. It is worth fixing if your recipient wants a file without warnings, or if you are relying on the flag to show a discount, because the discount itself has to be entered as a line discount.
How to fix it
Turn off the option that marks lines as discounted in your export, or switch the export to the EN 16931 profile instead of an extended one. If a line really has a discount, enter it as a discount on that line with an amount and a short reason. If you build the XML yourself, delete the DiscountIndicator element from the line's SpecifiedLineTradeSettlement.
