What it means
The delivery details of an invoice line (SpecifiedLineTradeDelivery in the XML) should not contain an ActualPickUpSupplyChainEvent. That element records the date on which the goods were collected from the seller, for example by the buyer or a carrier. EN 16931 has no pick-up date.
Why it matters
The invoice is not rejected, because this is only a warning. Software that follows EN 16931 does not read a pick-up date on a line, so it is usually ignored and the buyer may never see it. It is worth fixing if the recipient asks for a file without warnings, or if the buyer relies on that date.
How to fix it
In your invoicing software, look for a collection or pick-up date on the individual lines and clear it, or switch the export to the EN 16931 profile instead of an extended one. If you need to show when the goods or services were supplied, use the delivery date for the whole invoice. If you build the XML yourself, delete the ActualPickUpSupplyChainEvent block from the line's SpecifiedLineTradeDelivery.
