What it means
The seller's address must have a first address line (BT-35), normally the street and number. A line that is empty or holds only spaces counts as missing. In the XML it is cbc:StreetName in the seller's postal address.
Why it matters
Romania's e-invoicing rules (CIUS-RO) want a usable address for the seller, so the recipient and the tax authority can see who issued the invoice and where. Without the first line the file fails the check and is rejected.
How to fix it
Open your company details or seller settings in your invoicing software and enter the street and number. If the address has no street, put whatever identifies it, such as the locality and house number, in that first line, because it only has to be filled in. Then issue the invoice again.
The rule as published
Adresa Vanzatorului - Linia 1 (BT-35) trebuie furnizata. #Seller address line 1(BT-35) must be provided. Business terms: BT-35
