What it means
When the seller is Icelandic (the seller's address has country code IS), the seller's address must contain a street name (address line 1, BT-35) and a post code (BT-38). EN 16931 makes both optional; the Icelandic rules do not.
Why it matters
The Icelandic rules for Peppol require a full postal address for the seller. An invoice without the street or the post code fails the check and is rejected.
How to fix it
Open your company details in your invoicing software, go to the address and fill in the street with the house number and the post code. In the XML these are cbc:StreetName and cbc:PostalZone in cac:PostalAddress of cac:AccountingSupplierParty.
