What it means
When the billing framework (BT-23) is S8, B8, M8, S9, B9 or M9 and the main seller (the seller in BG-4, identified by its legal registration identifier BT-30) has groups of lines, there must be at least one GROUP line without a parent for that seller whose sub-invoice number (BT-128 with scheme AFL) equals the invoice number (BT-1). The lines of the main seller are found by matching the seller legal identifier on the line with BT-30. The message shows the counts and the numbers that were compared.
Why it matters
The invoice number ties the main seller's own part to the invoice as a whole. If no group carries it, the platform cannot tell which sub-invoice is the main seller's, so the invoice is rejected.
How to fix it
Find the GROUP line without a parent whose seller legal identifier is the same as your own in the seller block of the invoice, and set its sub-invoice number (the AFL reference) to the invoice number. Check that the legal identifier on that line is written exactly as in the seller block, because lines are matched on it. The sub-invoices of other sellers keep their own numbers, which must all be different.
