What it means
The invoice must have a seller electronic address (BT-34, the cbc:EndpointID of the seller in UBL), and it cannot be empty or contain only spaces. The rule only checks that a value is there. It does not check that the address exists. The error message shows the value that was found.
Why it matters
The seller's electronic address says who the invoice comes from on the network and where the seller can be reached. Without it the platform rejects the invoice.
How to fix it
Open your company settings in the invoicing software and find the field called electronic address, e-invoice address, endpoint or routing address, then fill it in. Your invoicing platform gives you this address when you register, so ask them if you cannot find it. Most software also asks for the scheme of the address next to it, so fill that in too.
The rule as published
Le BT-34 (cbc:EndpointID du vendeur) est obligatoire. Valeur actuelle : BT-34=" … ". Business terms: BT-34
