What it means
In an XRechnung the specification identifier (BT-24) should be exactly urn:cen.eu:en16931:2017#compliant#urn:xeinkauf.de:kosit:xrechnung_3.0, or the extension variant ending in #conformant#urn:xeinkauf.de:kosit:extension:xrechnung_3.0. Older identifiers, such as those for XRechnung 2.x, do not match.
Why it matters
This is a warning, so the invoice is still accepted. It is worth fixing, because German recipients use this information to process the invoice automatically, and a portal or buyer may ask you to correct it.
How to fix it
Choose XRechnung 3.0 (not an older XRechnung version, plain EN 16931 or ZUGFeRD) as the export format in your invoicing software and export again. If you build the XML yourself, write the identifier exactly, without spaces, in cbc:CustomizationID (UBL) or ram:GuidelineSpecifiedDocumentContextParameter/ram:ID (CII). If the invoice is not meant to be an XRechnung, send it in the format the recipient expects instead.
The rule as published
