What it means
The payee (BG-10) is the party that receives the payment when that is not the seller. This rule checks that cac:PayeeParty has no cac:Person block, which describes an individual such as a name. The standard only has the payee's name (BT-59), identifier (BT-60) and legal registration identifier (BT-61).
Why it matters
There is no field for an individual connected to the payee, so the recipient's software ignores the block. The invoice or credit note is not rejected, because the rule is a warning. Fixing it keeps the file within the standard.
How to fix it
If the payee is a person, put their name in the payee name (BT-59) and leave the separate person details out. Clear any extra person fields in the payee settings of your invoicing software. If you build the XML yourself, delete cac:Person from cac:PayeeParty.
